Copyright - restrictions for all documents and photos on the CLCP website

All texts on the CLCP-website can be copied for non-commercial use, given quotation of the source. However, if you want to use the texts of the CLCP-website for any other website or for any other electronic purposes, you need a written permission of the CLCP. You also need a written permission from the CLCP for any commercial use. Drawings: Copyright for all drawings on the CLCP-website are with Hariet Homm (hariedda@yahoo.de). Given clear quotation, drawings can be used for non-commercial use for free. If you want to use the drawings for commercial use or for any other website or for any other electronic purposes, you need a written permission of Hariet Homm. Copyright remains in any case with Hariet Homm. Photos: You can use the photos from the CLCP website, please request this at info@clcp.ro and specify reason, description of publication (newspaper, magazine, etc.) size you want to publish the photo (e.g. 8x12 cm @ 300 dpi), edition of the printed material and exact address. After an agreement we will send you the photos in the required resolution either by email or burn it on a CD and send it by mail. Conditions: Photos can be used free of charge for non-commercial use, given written permission from the CLCP and quotation of the photographer in a way that no doubts appear about the identity of the copyright of each photo. All rights remain with the photographer. If you intend to change the photo in any way, you need written permission from the photographer. We do not allow to use our photos for any discriminating purpose. For commercial use, we charge a fee to the photographer based on the fees mentioned in "Fotohonorare in Europa" ("Fees for the publication of photos in Europe", Presse Informations Agentur GmbH, Baden-Baden, ISBN J-921864-364), unless otherwise agreed in written form. If photos are used without written permission, the fee will be double to those mentioned in "Fotohonorare in Europa". Fees have to be transferred to the bank account of the photographer within 30 days of use. The Carpathian Large Carnivore Project requests to send three copies of the publication to the CLCP, Str. Dr. Ioan Senchea 162, RO-2223 Zarnesti, Romania.
In the moment in which the client is using the photos, he accepts all above mentioned conditions. The right to publish the photos are only for single use and cannot be transferred to a third party.
